Every class at Nu Yoga ends with this gentle, swaddled rest designed to soften stress, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of safety within yourself.

By wrapping the body in supportive blankets, we create a familiar, contained shape that helps your system recognise where you are in space. This simple cue encourages the body to let go — muscles soften, breath steadies, and the mind begins to quieten.

This cocooned pause gives your physiology time to recalibrate. It supports your ability to process the day, integrate your practice, and unwind accumulated tension. Many people notice that over time, Hañsa Rest helps them feel clearer, more balanced, and more resilient in daily life.
