Internationally renowned teacher trainer and yoga threapist Vincent Bolletta is returning to offer a Yoga Teacher Training in Aotearoa, NZ for the first time in 10 years. And it’s right here at nu yoga studio! Founder of Hansa Wellness he has worked organically over the years to formulate a movement approach and educational platform that fosters a greater understanding in how our body functions. Through its unique Therapy Teacher Trainings and Yoga Therapy principles Hañsa has developed into a leading training system that assists the development of highly effective teachers, regardless of their yoga or bodywork lineage.
Starting In May 2026, Vincent and guest teachers Sandy Fischer, Jac Wilson and Lili Eve, are offering this 200 hour training. Hosted from nu yoga studio in Otepoti, Dunedin this is an excellent beginning into a deeper understanding of yoga’s workings with the body; yogic philosophies and chanting; finding your voice as a teacher; and how to support yourself as a viable yoga business in today’s market.
This training is great for:
Students with an existing yoga practice & interest to deepen their understanding of yoga
Students / practitioners who are interested to start teaching yoga
Existing yoga teachers seeking a deeper understanding of yoga & teaching from a functional perspective
Movement, bodywork & fitness practitioners, personal trainers, and other health professionals interested in understanding yoga from a functional perspective
Delivery of the training will be a combination of online and in-person sessions as follows:
Online sessions Wednesday evenings, 13th May - 25th November 2026, 7.30 - 8.30pm
In-studio sessions, nu yoga studio:
June 5th, 6th & 7th
August 28th, 29th & 30th
November 27th, 28th & 29th
Fridays 7.15 - 9pm, Saturdays & Sundays 8.00am - 6.00pm
Includes access to online classes at nu yoga studio for the duration of the course

Full price of $2875.00 is required between 13th April and start date of 13th May 2026. (The deposit equivalent of $575.00 will not be refunded if booking is cancelled between 29th April and the start of the course).
